“We require 25% Deposit of the total cost of the tour upon confirmation of your services. Balance payment MUST be paid one month prior to departure date.”

BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY

The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to belongings or personal injury. The right is reserved to alter route or tour, to offer substitutes of an equal value, or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour should circumstances warrant such action.

RATES

Rates include all expenses for best available accommodation and table d’hôte meals, vehicle and driver for the intended itinerary, ranger guide where necessary and entrance fees for National Parks & Game Reserves.

ALTERATIONS OF TOURS

The company reserves the right to alter arrangements of the route or to cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline, to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded.

LIABILITY

1. The company and its agents act only as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to hotel accommodation, sightseeing, tours and transport, whether by aircraft, rail, road, motor coach, ship, boat, or any other means, and shall not be liable for injury, delay, loss or damage arising from any cause and in any manner whatsoever.

2. The company’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the respective laws of the country in which the tours take place and no other country at all. Claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the cause of action arises.

3. The Company reserves the right to employ subcontractors to carry out all or any part of the services agreed to be supplied and in the event of the exercise of such right the terms of clause (1) relating to the company’s liability shall apply.

4. Whilst every care is taken, the Company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to baggage. It is therefore advisable to effect separate baggage insurance
