DAY 01: Arrive Nairobi Airport, meet and greet and transfer to the Nairobi Spurwing Guest House, www.spurwingkenya.com booked on bed and breakfast

DAY 02: NAIROBI – SAMBURU SHABA NATIONAL RESERVE
Depart Nairobi for Shaba Game Reserve situated at the Southern corner of Samburu district with game drive on the way. Samburu Shaba is generally a hot place with cool nights temperatures between 18 – 30 degrees C. On arrival, check into the Sarova Shaba Lodge for lunch & after a brief relaxation proceed on for an evening game drive. Samburu Shaba is rich in game with rare species found; Lions, Elephants, Gerenuk, Grevy’s Zebra, Oryx, the Reticulated Giraffe and other plains game. Return to the Sarova Shaba Lodge, www.sarovahotels.com   for dinner and overnight.

DAY 03: SAMBURU SHABA N. RESERVE
A full day in Samburu Shaba with morning and afternoon game drives. All meals and overnight at Sarova Shaba Lodge, www.sarovahotels.com

DAY 04: SAMBURU G. RESERVE – LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
Depart after breakfast past the northern tip of the Aberdares Mountains to descend into the Great Rift Valley where Lake Nakuru is located. This is a shallow strongly alkaline lake set in a picturesque landscape of surrounding woodland and grassland and is home to thousands of Flamingoes, Buffalo, Lions, Zebra, Giraffe & other animal & Bird Species. Arrive at the Lodge for lunch and after a short rest proceed on for an evening game drive and afterwards return for dinner and overnight at the Lion Hill Lodge, www.sarovahotels.com

DAY 05: LAKE NAKURU – MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
After breakfast depart Nakuru for Masai Mara via Narok Town. Arrive at the Tented Camp in time for lunch. The reserve is a jewel of Kenya’s wildlife areas and the most popular tourism destination in the world. After lunch proceed on for a game drive in search for Black manned Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffalo, Rhino and other plains game.  Dinner and overnight at the Mara Sarova Game Camp, www.sarovahotels.com

DAY 06: MASAI MARA G. RESERVE
This day is spent game viewing across the rich tree studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Masai Mara is renowned for its great herds of plains game that abound in plenty. An optional visit to the Masai Village for a Cultural Learning experience at an extra. All meals at Mara Sarova Game Camp, www.sarovahotels.com

DAY 07: MASAI MARA – NAIROBI
After breakfast depart for Nairobi & arriving in the afternoon. Lunch on this day is not included. Drop off at the Nairobi Spurwing Guest House.

DAY 08: NAIROBI – TRANSFER FOR FLIGHT HOME OR TO MOMBASA
Breakfast and then transfer to the Airport for the Flight home or transfer to the railway station for a train  to Mombasa. Arrive Mombasa Mariakani Train station, meet and greet and transfer to Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort www.sarovahotels.com booked on Half Board Basis
