Day One

Arrive Nairobi Airport, meet and greet and transfer to the Norfolk Hotel or similar booked on bed & breakfast.

Day Two

NAIROBI – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK 06H00

Pick up from the Hotel and transfer to the Wilson Airport for morning Flight departing to Amboseli National Park by Air Kenya Express at 07H30. Arrive in Amboseli at 08H10, meet by your driver guide and proceed for an morning game drive. Amboseli is mainly hot and dry and is situated in the rain shadow of Mount Kilimanjaro. Afterwards check into the Tortilis Luxury Camp or similar in time for lunch. Afternoon relaxation by the pool; afterwards proceed on for an evening game drive which provides a chance to see Elephants, Lions, Buffalo, Hippos, a wide variety of Bird Life and many other plains game, dinner and overnight at the Tortilis Luxury Tented Camp or similar

Day Three

AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Early morning game drive when Mt. Kilimanjaro usually appears from its mantle of clouds, return for breakfast and proceed on for another game drive, lunch followed by a siesta and an evening game drive, dinner and overnight at the Tortilis Luxury Tented Camp.

Day Four

AMBOSELI N. PARK – SAMBURU GAME RESERVE

After breakfast drive to the Airstrip and board an Air Kenya Express Flight to Nairobi departing at 08H20. Arrive Nairobi at 09H00 and immediately connect with a Flight to Samburu departing at 09H15 arriving at 10H30. Meet and greet by your driver guide and afterwards proceed for a mid morning game drive. Samburu Game Reserve is situated at the Southern corner of Samburu district in the Rift Valley Province of Kenya.

Samburu is generally a hot place with cool nights temperatures between 18 – 30 degrees C. Afterwards check into the Larsen’s Luxury Tented Camp for lunch. Afternoon relaxation and afterwards proceed on for an evening game drive. Samburu is rich in game with rare species found; Lions, Elephants, Gerenuk, Grevy’s Zebra, Oryx, the Reticulated Giraffe and other plains game. Return to the Larsen’s Luxury Tented Camp Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day Five

SAMBURU GAME RESERVE

Early morning game drives, return for breakfast, after breakfast another game drive, return for lunch at the Luxury Camp. Afternoon relaxation by the Poolside followed by an evening game drive, dinner and overnight at the Larsen’s Luxury Tented Camp Lodge.

Day Six

SAMBURU G. RESERVE – MASAI MARA

After breakfast proceed to the Samburu Airstrip for a morning Flight to Masai Mara departing at 09H15 arriving at the Musiara Airstrip at 10H45. Meet and greet by your driver guide and proceed for a mid morning game drive. Check into the Karen Blixen Camp for lunch.

Masai Mara is located in the Great Rift Valley primarily on open grasslands. The reserve is a jewel of Kenya’s wildlife areas. Wildlife tends to be concentrated on the Western Part of the Reserve where this Lodge is situated. After lunch proceed on for a game drive in search for Black manned Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffalo, Rhino and other plains game.  Dinner and overnight at the Karen Blixen Luxury Camp.

Day Seven

MASAI MARA G. RESERVE

This day is spent game viewing across the rich tree studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Masai Mara is renowned for its great herds of plains game that abound in plenty. An optional visit to the Masai Village for a Cultural Learning experience.  All meals at the Karen Blixen Luxury Camp.

Day Eight

MASAI MARA – NAIROBI

After breakfast, transfer to the Musiara Airstrip for a morning Flight with Air Kenya departing at 10H00 and arrive Nairobi 10H45. Meet at the Wilson Airport and transfer to Nairobi Airport for International Flight Home.

Day One – NAIROBI – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Arrive Nairobi Airport in the morning and depart Nairobi for Amboseli Game Reserve via Namanga on the Kenya / Tanzania border. Get to Amboseli in time for lunch at the Sopa lodge and proceed on for an afternoon game drive which provides a chance to see Elephants, Lions, Buffalo, Hippos, a wide variety of Bird Life and many other plains game, dinner and overnight at the Sopa Lodge.

Day Two – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Early morning game drive when Mt. Kilimanjaro usually appears from its mantle of clouds, return for breakfast and proceed on for another game drive, lunch followed by a siesta and an afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight at the Sopa Lodge.

Day Three- AMBOSELI N. PARK – ARUSHA

Depart Amboseli N. Park for the Namanga Border for immigration formalities before proceeding to Tanzania, Visa Fee – US$50 PP. Afterwards proceed in a Tourist Shuttle to Arusha and arrive at the Impala Hotel, booked on bed & breakfast

Day Four – ARUSHA – LAKE MANYARA

Depart Arusha for Lake Manyara. This is one of the most diverse of Tanzania’s National Parks, a tiny 325 square kilometers combination of the Great Rift Valley, dense woodlands & steep mountainside, with an evening game drive to see Tree climbing lions, Monkeys, Flamingoes & other varieties of wildlife found in this park. Check into the Lake Manyara Serena Lodge for dinner & overnight.

Day Five – LAKE MANYARA – NGORONGORO

After breakfast, depart with picnic lunch and descend 2000ft into the crater for an afternoon game viewing. Here you will see varieties of animals in abundance including the Cheetah, Elephants, Grants & Thomson Gazelles, Common Zebras, Wildebeest & much colorful bird life. Check into the Ngorongoro Serena or Sopa Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day Six – NGORONGORO – ARUSHA

After breakfast drive to Arusha Town and drop off at the Impala Hotel or similar or catch an afternoon Shuttle to Nairobi.

Day One

Pick up from Dar Airport and transferred to, Peacock Hotel for overnight on Bed and Breakfast.

Day Two

After breakfast at (8:30 Am) drive to Mikumi National Park. Arrival time will be in time for lunch. Go for afternoon game drives in Mikumi National Park. Overnight at Vuma Hill Tented camp, Full Board.

Day Three

Depart after breakfast in the morning for Udzungwa National Park. Hiking and Swimming in the waterfalls. Overnight at Vuma Hill Tented Camp, Full Board.

Day Four

Depart in the morning after breakfast for Ruaha National Park. The drive to Ruaha is a truly fascinating one which gives you the real feel of the African countryside. The journey will see you pass sisal plantations, local villages before starting to climb the Great Rift Escarpment passing Iringa Town and finally arriving to your Ruaha River Lodge. Arrival time will be just in time for lunch. After lunch, visit a traditional African village before return to Lodge, Overnight at Ruaha River Lodge , Full Board.

Day Five

Today you will enter the Ruaha National Park in search of game life. Leaving the lodge immediately after breakfast, we arrive at the parks’ gate in less than 40 minutes, depending on the conditions of the road. Your guide will guide you through the park in such of the elusive wild dogs and herds of elephants and buffaloes. Lunch will be at the lodge. After lunch, return for late afternoon / evening game drive. This is the time that predators begin for their hunt for their evening meal, dinner and over night at Ruaha River Lodge, Full board.

Day Six

Full day game drives in Ruaha National Park, with picnic lunch. Overnight at Ruaha River Lodge, Full Board.

Day Seven

After a light breakfast, depart for a walking safari which will bring you close to some of the smallest animals and plants that you would not see on a vehicle game drive. The crisp fresh African air mixed with the wild smell of the animals evokes your smell sense to the intoxication unique bush smell of Africa. Each plant and tree has medicinal value in the African Community and our guide will point them. Return to the lodge for a full breakfast before departing for Mikumi and overnight at Vuma Hills Tented Camp Full Board.

Day Eight

Depart after breakfast for Selous Game Reserve. This will be along drive of 5 hours through some of the most scenic parts of Southern Tanzania. Villages and the Uluguru Mountains dot along the way compensating for the long days’ drive. You will make a short lunch break by the road side arriving at the lodge by late afternoon. Your afternoon game drive begins as you drive across the reserve from the north gate. Overnight at Sable Mountain Lodge.

Day Nine

Start the day with a morning game drives. On arrival at Rufiji River camp you go for afternoon boat safari.This safari will brings you close to the aquatic animals and birds. Overnight at Rufiji River Camp, Full Board.

Day Ten

Morning walking safari followed by an afternoon game drive at the Selous Game Reserve. Overnight at Rufiji River Camp, Full Board.

Day Eleven

Depart after morning drive to Dar es Salaam with packed Lunch en-route. Have your picnic lunch on your way to Dar es Salaam. On arrival to Dar es Salaam you are dropped at the airport for your flight to ZANZIBAR.

Day One

Depart from Dar es Salaam early in the morning for Udzungwa National Park. UDZUNGWA NATIONAL PARK is the newest, opened to the public 1992, and one of the most beautiful wilderness areas in Tanzania. Covering an area of 1900 sq km. The uniqueness of this park lies in its biodiversity in hosting a variety of animals and plant species not found anywhere else in the world. The red colubus and the Sanje crested manabrey, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and sable antelopes are some of the residents in this park. A good range of birdlife is present which includes Rufous winged sunbird, Iringa akalat, Lagden’s bush shrike and Udzungwa partridge. Activities include a hike to the Sanje water falls or a climb to the top of the Luhombereo, Udzungwa highest peak.

Day Two

Morning walk to the waterfalls or hike to Luhombereo, Udzungwa highest peak. Over night at Udzungwa National Park campsite, full board

Day Three

Depart in the morning after breakfast for Ruaha National Park. Afternoon game drives start as you enter into the park. Overnights at Ruaha National Parks’ Hut, full board

Day Four

Accompanied by an armed ranger, we start the day with a walking safari. Afternoon game drive, overnight at Ruaha National Parks’ huts, full

Day Five

Morning and afternoon game drives. Overnight at the Ruaha National Park Huts, full board. RUAHA NATIONAL PARK, Tanzania’s 2nd biggest park . The Great Ruaha River, which provides life to the park, flows through the eastern side of the park and is home to hippos, crocodiles and a variety of water birds.

Day Six

MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK is flanked between the Uluguru and Udzungwa Mountains and is home to buffalos, giraffes, elephants, lions, zebras and leopards. The park is also famous for its wild dogs and 6m long pythons. Over night at Mikumi Guest House, full board

Day Seven

Depart after breakfast for Selous Game Reserve. Packed lunched en-route will be provided. Overnight at Ndovu Campsite/ Mbega Camp, full board.

Day Eight

Full day game drive with picnic lunch provided. Overnight at Ndovu Campsite/ Mbega Camp, full board.

Day Nine

Start the day with a morning boat safari. Late afternoon game drive and overnight at the Ndovu Campsite/ Mbega Camp, full board Selous Game Reserve covering 50,000sq km, this is the largest game reserve in the world. The reserve supports an enormous number of elephants, buffalos and wildebeests. Other rare species include the African Hunting dog. The park provides home for some of the last remaining black rhinos

Day Ten

Depart after morning drive to Dar es Salaam with packed lunch en-route and connect for flight home.
